Results of Kamloops Minor Fastball Spring Knockout Tournament

Kamloops Minor Fastball’s 5th Annual Spring Knockout Tournament was a great success. Four local teams played host to 26 visiting teams. The weather was beautiful and the Ranch was busy all weekend long. Local teams faired well, seeing the U12 girls taking third (bronze) and both the U16 and U19 teams fought hard in the finals and both managed to capture 2nd place (silver). The Kamloops based Pokotillo ensemble danced its way to some big wins during last weekend’s B.C. Ukrainian Cultural Festival. The 23rd annual event, held at Mission’s Clarke Theatre on Saturday (May 5), featured competitive dance groups from across B.C, and Washington State.
