So today after waiting in the Tim Horton's line up for 10 minutes , just to buy a small iced cap.We are told that the machine is down for maintenance. So would it not make more sense to post a sign at the start of the line up, instead of wasting our time and their's just to tell us that the machine is down for cleaning? Hmmmmm.. makes sense to me

I think I'd be more miffed about the wait.
At least they didn't run out of coffee or doughnuts.
THAT would be a problem
