Kamloops Central Business Improvement Area (Business)The newly formed Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association is the culmination of many years of work by very dedicated individuals. The dream in 1968 to form a coalition of property holders and retailers around a common purpose has finally been realized with the formation of the Business Improvement Area in December 2001. This central area currently encompasses all those businesses and commercial properties form the west side of Tenth Ave, the north side of Columbia, the east side of First Avenue and the Thompson River.
