Vital Point Acupuncture is an acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine practice in Kamloops, BC. Vital Point describes a state of health when the body's vital energies are able to flow freely without the disturbance of pain or illness.

Our intention is to provide whole body health care in a relaxed and nuturing environment. Our aim as a healthcare practice is to aid clients towards a greater awareness of what optimal health means to them. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) have the ability to heal on many levels and the journey towards health is unique for every individual. It is our hope that through education, a supportive environment and an open mind, that every client will find new growth in his or her life.

I, Lindsay Macdonald RMT, have been learning and integrating techniques over the past 15 years with the intention to facilitate positive changes to the issues in the tissues.  My awareness of the mind, body, spirit connection enhances healing as a whole.  Bringing this together with a relaxed environment and cleansing energy allows for optimal transformation.

A Far Infrared Sauna is an addition to the office. Pre or post massage is of benefit to heat and relax the tissues as well as cleanse the toxins through sweating.

Awareness of heath and wellness is essential to longevity.
